In February 2018 he toured with the all-star Transatlantic Sessions in major venues across the UK. Daoirí released his new album ‘A Lifetime Of Happiness’, produced by Dónal Lunny, in February 2019.

Marian Bradfield *

& Val Monteith

Singer, song writer and story teller Marian is based in Donegal and has released several albums both studio and live to her name. She will be accompanied by Val Monteith on ukulele bass.

Marian Bradfield has quickly become one of Ireland's most successful vocalists. Since making her debut on the Gaelic-language arts program, "Cursai", on Irish National Television in March 1993, Bradfield has been hailed by music critics as "the golden girl of Irish music". According to Irish music magazine, "Hot Press", "(Bradfield) pours out her heart and a rich palette of emotions". In a poll of the magazine's readers, Bradfield was voted "Ireland's top female artist", while critics named her "best solo performer of 1993".

Bradfield's crystal-clear vocals and ironic songwriting are irresistible. Three weeks after her appearance on "Cursai", she was signed to a record contract by Irish record label, Tandem. Her debut album, "Marian", released in 1993, was followed by "Tonight Is Just For Us", two years later. Bradfield's third album, "The Emperor's Field", released in 1998, was produced by Pat Donne, whose lengthy list of credentials include overseeing albums by Ronnie Wood, The Wilde Oscars, Sonic Youth and House Of Pain. Bradfield was also featured on three compilation albums-"Folksong", "Celtic Woman" and "Countryfolk"-released in 1995 and 1996.

Maria Dunn (Canada) *

Date TBC

A true preserver of the spirit of folk music, 2017 Juno nominee Maria Dunn is often compared to Woody Guthrie for her keen social awareness and unvarnished songs about ordinary people. In 2016, she released her sixth independent album Gathering (Nominee - 2017 Juno, WCMA; Winner - 2016 Edmonton Music Prize), songs of courage and struggle, local and global (produced by Shannon Johnson of Juno-winning band The McDades).

Edmonton-based, Maria tours internationally. Accolades for her songwriting include publication in Sing Out! and Penguin Eggs magazines and the Rise Again songbook (2015). Other artists have recorded (Niamh Parsons, Bob Bossin) or performed (Archie Fisher, Andy Irvine, Nathan Rogers) her songs.

Sept 27th Round the Room Friendly singaround atmosphere, performers and audience very welcome.
Oct 4th  Mundy Turner

A blast from the past! Jay is a superb songwriter and was last seen at St Neots many years ago with his wife - Cath, and now resident in Australia! Do not miss this chance to see Jay and Cath.

Between 1989 & 1995, Jay Turner wrote & performed his original songs on the international folk-scene from four acclaimed albums, ‘Passion Roulette’ (1989), ‘Movements In Architecture’ (1990), ‘Atmavictu’ (1992) & ‘Sketchbook’ (1993). Along the way, he played at most of the contemporary folk clubs & festivals in the UK, most notably playing Cambridge Mainstage 1 & supporting numerous folk luminaries, such as Fairport Convention on their Winter UK Tour (1991).

During a tour of Australia in ’95, Jay met Brisbane-based singer/songwriter Cath Mundy. Their mutual admiration led to them forming Mundy-Turner & marrying later that year. Between 1995 & 2006, Mundy-Turner played to enthusiastic audiences in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Canada, Italy & Hong Kong, releasing six acclaimed albums of original material along the way & playing tour support to major international acts such as ‘The Corrs’, ‘Fairport Convention’, The Fureys’ etc. With the birth of their son Joshua in November 2006, the duo decided to move to Brisbane, Queensland, to raise their son. The live just south of Brisbane, where they are extremely busy writing, recording & performing, delighting audiences wherever they go. In 2015, the duo were key creatives for the Queensland Music Festival's large-scale production 'Under This Sky - Logan's Musical Celebration'.

This will be a wonderful night of memeories and entertainment!
