Counter's Creek Counter's Creek is an acoustic folk band, based in London, who make original music inspired by the folk music of the British Isles and beyond. Jigs, reels, grooves from Eastern Europe & West Africa, catchy melodies with closely interwoven harmonies allied to a real sense of swing and dance energy.

Thorpe & Morrison Thorpe and Morrison are an innovative and energetic folk duo who formed out of Joe Broughton's Conservatoire Folk Ensemble in 2019. They are a fiddle/guitar duo based in Birmingham. Harry Thorpe and Sean Morrison are committed folk musicians who have drawn from their diverse musical backgrounds Scottish and English to create music that both respects the traditions it comes from while still exploring potential for it's progression.

Oct 3rd Enda McKabe An experienced performer who divides his time between the Connemara Gaeltacht in County Galway and Banbury in England. Enda sings and tells stories using a mix of traditional Irish and English language's. We look forward to an entertaining evening.

Bruce Watson Bruce is a major Australian songwriter and performer in the folk tradition. Based in Melbourne he has performed in Australia and on the international circuit at clubs, festivals and other venues. He has the ability to engage with his audience with an emotional intensity. He presents in an engaging and joyful style using witty lyrics and energy. A masterful craftsman of the singing tradition able to move audiences from the heart wrenching to side splittingly funny.

  Juniper Folk Juniper Folk Band are a five piece folk group based in the West Midlands. They are a multi talented band capable of performing both as live band and Ceilidhs. They bring their own style and flair to traditional English, Scottish and Irish tunes. A lively evening is promised.

Steel Rhyme
Steel Rhyme comprises multi-instrumentalist and singer Luke Carver Goss and percussionist extraordinaire Gary Hammond. They invite you on a duetic voyage of rhythm and rhyme: Groove, melody and song. A panoply of percussion, guitar and squeezebox. From Sheffield to Appalachia. Songs traditional and original. Music with space, weaving in, out and around the wonderful world of Roots and Acoustic music.
Nov 14th Rob Barrett (supported by Vic Lennard)

Headline: Rob Barrett is a Dudley-born comic poet and singer from North Cornwall who writes his own material. His act combines clever word-play with satire, verse, song and audience participation. Be prepared for a humorous and fun packed evening.

Support: Vic Lennard. A musician who made a career out of a combination of music, math and journalism. He now spends his time playing guitar in bands, duo's and at open stage events in and around Cambridge and Peterborough.

Nov 21st Cohen Braithwaite-Kicoyne Cohen Braithwaite-Kilcoyne is at the forefront of his generation of English folk musicians as both a powerful and commanding singer and a masterful player of the Anglo concertina and melodeon. Previously seen at the club as a member of Grannie's Attic. This performance is part of his evolution as a solo performer. An exciting evening is anticipated.

 Tim Edey Tim Edey is an English multi-instrumentalist and composer who grew up in Broadstairs, Kent and is now based in Perthshire, Scotland. In 2012 he was Musician of the Year at the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and, with Brendan Power, Best Duo. He was awarded "Musician of the Year" in the 2020 MG Alba Scots Trad Music Awards. Described as an incredibly talented and gifted musician. A great evening is promised.
